Our organization is committed to providing a safe and secure workplace for all our employees. Theft of any kind is strictly forbidden on any Buildforce job site. Any tradesperson found guilty of theft will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. This includes theft of company property, customer property, or the property of other employees.

Examples of theft violating this policy include stealing contractor supplies, tools, or other items belonging to tradespeople on the worksite. We take theft very seriously and will work diligently to prevent, investigate, and resolve any incidents of theft in our organization.

All material left over from Buildforce jobs shall be the Contractor Partner's property and remain on-site at the job site. Per company policy, any sale or personal use of scrap material is prohibited and will be reported to the police. Any violation of this policy is strict grounds for termination and may be punishable by law.

At Buildforce, we prioritize protecting workers' safety and productivity. To this end, we would like to ask all personnel to watch for any suspicious behavior and immediately report any theft incidents to their supervisor or the Buildforce management team. By working together, we can ensure that job sites remain secure and that theft is completely prevented.

What if I get something stolen on a Job Site?

We understand situations arise on job sites where items may be missing or misplaced. It is essential to maintain a calm and understanding approach when resolving the issue.

The first step should be to address the issue to the Foreman on the job site. Working collaboratively allows for the greatest likelihood of a satisfactory outcome for all parties involved.

The second step is to let us know about the incident by selecting 'Get Help' in the Buildforce App. We will do our best to work with the contractor to help come to a quick resolution. Unfortunately, we cannot supply you with another tradesperson's personal information unless it is with the police.
