Communication is key ๐Ÿ”‘ to any great relationship. Keeping your information updated through the Buildforce app is the best way for us to get in touch with you and receive important information regarding your employment.

Summary: Updating your address through the Buildforce app is the best way for contractors to find you and provide important updates. For your phone number and/or email address, please get in touch with the Buildforce Support Team under 'Get Help' in your Buildforce App.


How to Edit Your Address

Keeping your address updated is essential to your success. Buildforce uses your home address location to help you secure a job near you. Our Buildforce Team and Contractors must ensure you are comfortable with the distance you are traveling for a job.

In addition, the address we have on your profile is where you will receive your W-2 at year-end if you elect not to receive it electronically.

Steps to Update Your Address:

  1. Login to your Buildforce App

  2. Click on 'Profile' at the bottom of the page

  3. Select the Pencil โœ๏ธ Icon next to address

  4. Click 'Location'

  5. Type in Your Exact Address - Please go based on Google Address recommendations by clicking that selection.

  6. Hit 'Submit'

If you have trouble selecting the Google Address recommendation or your address is not populating, please get in touch with the Buildforce Support Team under 'Get Help' on your Buildforce App.


How to Edit Your Email and/or Phone Number

Email and Phone Numbers are how we keep in touch with you about applications, job offers, All Star rewards, etc. Your phone number is your username and how you log in to your Buildforce App. Email is how we reach you about exciting updates while employed with Buildforce.

We do not have the option to update your email or phone number in your Buildforce Profile yet. To change your email and phone number, please get in touch with the Buildforce Support Team under 'Get Help' in the Buildforce app.
